Going to try this again!

The Masked Singer has been trending on the internet, with the reveal from last night’s show, and holy crap!

The singer was 97-year old Dick Van Dyke! You know the exclamation….I didn’t know he was still alive!

I'm 100% that he is dead. Are you sure it wasn't some deep fake tech?

It really fucks me off when the kids want to play with their lego and spoil my fun. They are fucking shit at it, nothing they make looks like anything.

My daughter insists on using her duplo to make a birthday cake.

So….there’s a blue monkey plushy toy with teeth that a shark would envy that young children are apparently obsessed with. It’s called Huggy Wuggy and videos on You Tube are giving kiddies nightmares. Anyone here buy one for their kiddos?

Looking for a Job? The Cannabis Industry Is Hiring in New York.
The industry estimates that there could be 63,000 jobs in weed across the state by 2025, many of them in retail and hospitality.

The first time Kirk Lawrence got a job selling weed, it was in the 1990s at a record store in Far Rockaway, Queens, where he had to be discreet. In the years that followed, he was arrested over and over, feeling the consequences of police crackdowns on marijuana users.

There were rides in police vans, lockups “for smoking outside my job,” Mr. Lawrence, now 45, said. But last month, he landed a job as a budtender, entering a new world where he now sells cannabis in the open at a Manhattan dispensary. “When this came up, I was like, why not?” he said.

He has joined one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. With recreational sales of cannabis recently launching in New York, companies are expected to go on a hiring spree over the next few years to fill thousands of cannabis-related jobs.

Legal cannabis is expected to generate 63,000 jobs across New York by 2025, according to an estimate by CannabizTeam, an industry executive search and staffing firm. In a recent report, the firm forecast that New York, New Jersey and Connecticut could surpass the West Coast region in sales and revenue over the next decade. .....

Hahahahaha you slimeball shady af operators. IT SERVES YOU RIGHT!

This is deplorable, scabby corporate behavior. Were it up to me those responsible would be subject to a much crueler punishment than our judicial system allows.

Lucky for them they are protected from people like me. Unfortunately these children were exploited and unprotected so a packaging corp. could improve their profits.

These managers should have to do hard time istead of just being able to forfeit a check and walk away scott free.

The U.S. Department of Labor announced Friday that Packers Sanitation Services, Inc. (PSSI), paid over $1.5 million in civil penalties after the company was discovered to have more than 100 children working in dangerous jobs at meatpacking plants across the country.

My best friend’s daughter had me in stitches at Sunday dinner, when we were reminiscing about funny conversations we’ve had with folks in the past. She’s a big, big fan of Nutella, and 15 years ago when she, her cousins and their moms were traveling in Italy she got all excited about buying Nutella in the country where it’s made. One of her cousins was very snobbish to her and said Nutella was trash and she’d never eat that crap, she preferred more classy snacks like Ferrero Rocher.

If you’ve ever been to Florence there’s this amazing gelato shop in the square of the Duomo. M had superb timing, waiting until her cousin was about to bite into her Ferrero Rocher ice cream to tell her that the creamy ‘chocolate’ in her beloved candy was actually Nutella.

Out of curiosity I decided to look up some facts about the candy and it turns out they use 25% of the annual production of Nutella in those lovely hazelnut bites. And it made the owner of the company, Giovanni Ferrero, the richest man in Italy, passing the previous number one, a certain Berlusconi guy.

I was walking upstairs with dinner tonight (our living room is on the middle floor and we mostly eat dinner in front of the TV) and I tripped. Is there a worse meal to spill on your stair carpet than salmon and prawn pasta pesto?

Maybe not worse clean up wise, but more heartbreaking is when one of your roommates in college opens up a box with an expensive pizza in it and then immediately drops it cheese side down.
