Corvo the Crow
Title seems to be lacking a single letter, "t" between "mor" and "ality". One can only hope it's quite high. Jon shall speak for the law and the land and shall drive these mongrel dogs of the empire from morrowind Westeros.

Bowen Marsh and Co's foul murder of Jon will not go unpunished! Spoiler But TES Empire is way better than Targaryens. Uriel Septim was a good man. So was his son Martin, no matter that he was a bastard.

Quoth the raven,
The Targaryens were more capable rulers. It only took one reign for the Baratheons to thoroughly screw up Westeros. Robert, Jon Arryn, Ned Stark, Renly, Robb, Jon Snow, and Balon all had a hand in destroying the kingdom.

Yes, indeed, most capable at depopulating lands they rule. Just look at how many civil wars they caused and Daenerys is a prime example of it, wiped out an entire city within a year of her rule through a combination of genocide, disease and starvation.
