I wonder if the BBC will try to find someone to say, for the sake of balance, that England actually beat France in the rugby yesterday - anything else just wouldn't be true both-side-ism.

 


I'd always assumed the statue was a bronze, but apparently, it's pure irony.

News programmes always receive a ton of messages from the public about topical and controversial issues, it is very telling which messages they choose to read out. I think in the interests of impartiality, News organisations that are constitutionally required to be impartial should simply post all messages (with identities removed(?)) on their websites and not selectively read a few, unless they read proportionate numbers of messages spanning the full breadth of opinions being expressed.
