Football: Boehly has a little Lamp

Recommended Posts

Newcastle played us off the park there. Should've put at least four past us.

It's starting to look like my prediction might come true after our performances in these last few games. The congested season appears to have caught up with us and it looks like we've run out of steam. We are going to be limping over the line and probably dependent on those behind us being more shit in order to finish in the top 4.

I told you all Rashford was wank.

Not as wank as Isak!

Luckily for both of us Spurs are likely to be very spursy for the remainder of the season.

New (caretaker) manager bounce! Spurs still have a decent chance because their forward line is top class.

I'm still worried about Liverpool. A couple of seasons ago they looked certain to fail to finish in the top 4 but then pulled themselves together, went on a run and finished 3rd quite comfortably. They could do that again.

Nah, the entire mood is different.

Back then they faced a lot of injuries, and it was them fighting to overcome this. Like all of you pointed out, that team just looks burnt out, and htey are just going through the motions. The United game could've kickstarted their season and send them on a run, but it very obviously didn't.

Their fixture list isn't particular kind either.
