Corvinus85
The fact that Everton of all teams did that to Brighton which had humiliated Liverpool.
ljkeane
I’d like City to lose but I’d also kind of like Real to lose too. Their ability to get battered for large parts of games and somehow end up winning is very irritating.
polishgenius
All I'm seeing from City here is a team that's going to get absolutely battered at the weekend.

ljkeane
I was just about to say De Bruyne’s having a surprisingly poor game. I suppose it helps if you’ve got that in the bank if required.
A Horse Named Stranger
Eventually Haaland will score.
A Horse Named Stranger
In other news. Glasner to leave Frankfurt at the end of the season. Messi rumoredly really heading for SA. 600m € is quite a bit of money they are offering him, if rumours are to be believed. Also Neuer is apparently back on the pitch for training. So he will most certainly be back at the start of next season. Edited May 9, 2023 by A Horse Named Stranger

BigFatCoward
Reading chat that West Ham want £120 million for Rice, who only has a year left on his contract. Anyone spending that is insane. I know we were allegedly interested but that would spoof our budget for the summer, hes not worth anywhere near that, Arsenal can have him. Hopefully we get Maddison on the cheap if Leicester get relegated. I wonder how many players we get linked to between now and the end of the transfer window. The Sunland Lord
That should've been a pen for Inter. Lautaro was put off balance by Kjaer's pushing and pulling.
Consigliere
Inzaghi has Inter with one foot in the CL final while Conte couldn't even get them out of the group stage with a stronger squad.
The Sunland Lord
I'll take back everything I said about Inzaghi if he brings us the CL trophy. The very thought was unbelieveable until recently. I'm not saying that we would be favourites against either Real/City (we would be clear underdogs), but it's one game on a neutral venue. Anyway, we still have a job to do in these semis. Let's not bottle this please.

They are very different managers in their respective approaches to the game (though they play the same formation). Conte's set up brings success in the domestic leagues, where fitness and defensive organization play huge part. Inzaghi is average domestically, but is better in the cup competitions. The Sunland Lord
Putting Correa and Gagliardini. We'll play with 9 men.
The Sunland Lord
And Gagliardini fucks up that chance. The guy is a con artist.
