Something you would abolish in Martin's world, for any reason.

Sansa the treacherous murderess who will team up with Harry the Heir to poison poor Sweetrobin due to her insatiable lust for power.

Yeah, about that Harry the Heir thing, really tired of people trying to marry Sansa with any noble who can stand up.

Good grief, Sansa should have run away with the Hound and come back with a pup or two.  More interesting than LF’s drooling and scheming.

The fat pinky mast

EDIT: Seriously know, I am not a fan of some of the things detailed in the World of Ice and Fire about far away lands and cultures. When they appear in the novels they are mentioned in passing and keep an air of mystery. When things like Kayakayanaya or the Five Forts and such are explained in more detail they look like things from a bad RPG sourcebook.

EDIT2: the muppet Tullys

As far as the muppet Tullys are concerned, Martin wasted an opportunity to throw in an Eddard, Gordyn, and Henryk.

The inappropriate clothing the sexy female characters wear.   Arianne's see through clothes she wears in front of her father *GROSS* and Dany's dress that exposes her breast for all the world to see.  There is a creep factor here...

The weirwoods and the direwolves would need to disappear.  Bran too.

And there it is, my popcorn paid off as I knew it would.

90% of Dany's story. She's a solid character but so much of her plotline thus far have been start-stop-start-stop-start-stop with a promise that one day, eventually, probably, maybe, certainly she and an army of X + her dragons will return to Westeros. Probably. If she gets back to Slaver's Bay. Again.
