Tyrosh Lannister
I expect Stannis knows how to cook at least a basic meal. Same with Robert. Does Dany know how to cook ? Not sure about Renly. Balon ? Euron yes. Cersei definitely. Robb stark yeah nah Edited August 7 by Tyrosh Lannister
Alester Florent
I doubt Cersei does. Why would she? She's never spent a night of her life away from a legion of servants. Anyone who spent time as a squire probably knows how to cook at least something, though not necessarily something they'd want to eat as an adult noble. csuszka1948
Well, I would rather not eat what Euron is cooking up. Jokes set aside, it's difficult to figure it out, since we are given so little information on this. Dany didn't have a very privileged childhood, so she probably knows how to cook, and Stannis is practical, so he probably also has some skills. Generally, I would expect everyone to be capable of cooking some sort of meal.
BlackLightning
Dany, Stannis, Robert and Visenya That's it. If Catelyn and Ned count, I'd put them on the list. But right now, it's only the four of them. 9 hours ago, csuszka1948 said: Generally, I would expect everyone to be capable of cooking some sort of meal. No way Varys made such a big deal about Aegon being able to clean his own underwear...there's no way that this would be true

In westerosi society women including the highborn are expected to become homemakers which includes knowing cooking. Funnily enough, GRRM has actually talked about this, and his highborn ladies stay out of the kitchen:) [Are highborn ladies trained to a lot of practical things, like serving guests, making cheese, and so on?]H Sansa is more than just a young lady. She’s the daughter, not just of a noble, but of one of the most powerful nobles in Westeros. The great houses stand far above the lesser nobles, as the lesser nobles do above the smallfolk. She would not make cheese, no. But Arya might think it would be fun. -GRRM, (x) I did go through the POVs looking for culinary abilities in the characters a while ago, and out of the nobility, Arya was the only one we saw properly work in a kitchen, but we do see Bran, Brienne, Jon, Meera, and Sam prepare food. So Bran and Jon are two potential kings who know how to cook enough to feed themselves:) I would also guess Dany would know, but that's just a guess without any quote to back me up
