Ashara
I found Erikson's books to be without redeaming qualities for me. It is very confusing when you start out, and barely start making sense by the end of the first book. I didn't like a single main character, one secondary character was Okay, but my attempts to read the second, and then the third books went nowhere. He has high magic world in his books, and it just doesn't work for me, looking autrociously bad, particulary because he has blatant 'roll the dice' language in his books. He is just not my writer.
