lady narcissa Posted July 22, 2011 Share Posted July 22, 2011 I think its going to be impossible to find a date that works for everyone, especially in the summer. August 6th is really the only date that works for me. I'll be in Reno for Worldcon in the middle of the month and then busy with work at the end of the month. If that date doesn't work for most people you all can just organize for another date that does work for the majority.I was thinking of mid/late afternoon on the 6th so if people had later evening plans it wouldn't conflict. And if people wanted to come in from the suburbs they'd still have time to come in and get home at a reasonable time. Most likely at a pub where there is food.
