I wonder if the technology used for this could be used for something other than a video game. It would be pretty cool to see something like this for the series. Tobin Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 The idea is nice, but some of the 'printing' makes the figures look dusty. It would definitely cut down on the production time of having to build clay/pewter models for casting - but you would still have to take the time to build the 3D models of each character.With WoW - most of that work is already done.
