Werthead Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 A new mass-market paperback edition of Game of Thrones has appeared on Amazon.com, listed for release on 22 February 2011.With no real reason for there to be a re-release of the existing book - no cover redesign has been announced, for example, and a lot of the time they change the cover but keep the edition/ISBN number the same - could this be the mooted TV tie-in edition of the book?This appears to be backed up by the lack of appearance of any comparative edition of Clash of Kings or the later books (presumably they'll be using a TV tie-in image from Season 2 for the CoK cover and so on). Since HBO doesn't seem to have any promotional materials yet, they're probably waiting on the official logo at the very least before they settle on a cover.
