He's listed as the fifth character on the IMBD pagehttp://www.imdb.com/title/tt0944947/But I can't for the life of me remember who this is, even though I reread AGoT a few weeks ago. The wiki lists two characters whose names start with Mort.One is from the Mystery Knight so he's out. The other is a random lord listed as a suitor for Lysa.I assume it's neither of these.
