It says it is based on "FAB's breakdown", so I imagine the poster FAB made it up. :)

Given Arya has her "pointy end" incident in E8 and given GRRM's title for that episode, its not far off.

There's definitely nothing official about these breakdowns, except for what information they've used that was given by the producers or GRRM. The guy who wrote it clearly states that it's based off the breakdown done by FAB, and I've read myself over there that FAB himself wrote that his own breakdown was based off of idle speculation (and probably the info from producers and GRRM, and the leaked pilot script).

I posted that - it is a summary of a series of posts one the WiC site-runners has been running. 'Fire and Blood' has been going through the book developing a theoretical script episode by episode, using hints picked up from the production along the way (such as a casting for a member of the Dosh Khaleen for episode 6 - placing that event in the timeline), and starting from the end of the leaked pilot.

Note that a few events are missing - such as Viserys' crowning, and Arya meeting Syrio - mostly because I rushed through it and missed a couple spots. The idea was to just give a rough summary of events to help with speculative episode naming, since it was recently confirmed that there will be episode names.
