Bowl o' Brown Posted June 19, 2011 Author Share Posted June 19, 2011 Let me know if they're good!I had to borrow ramekins from my sister. They were 7(8?)oz instead of the recommended 4oz. So I ended up with little lemon pancakes. Which are light, fluffy, and deliciously lemony. Though they are more moist than expected (almost wet). Not an accomplished cook by any means, I was afraid to ruin them when browning the tops.
