Sansa has begun to think of herself as Alayne (so it is significantly within the chapter when she thinks of herself as Sansa) and this is why her chapter has been retitled. You read the chapter title and it puts you in the mind of the character as they think of themselves. IMO, that might have been the idea all along, and only in AFFC do we see characters who are put in such situations, such as Sansa and Arya.
