Prior to Dance I would have probably listed Jaime and Tyrion on the same level, but Tyrion scared me a little throughout Dance, mostly at the beginning. I think it looks like he's getting back to being awesome though, hopefully, so he can keep second place.

Not really in much of an order. Out of all of them, only Wyman Manderly really stood out as being markely more awesome after ADwD. Well, to be fair Dolorous Edd got some more great lines as well. None as great as:

“We’ll defend the Wall to the last man,” said Cotter Pyke.

“Probably me,” said Dolorous Edd, in a resigned tone.

But some good 'uns nonetheless.
