Patchface is supposed to be pretty chunky (and Jorge did do mad pretty well in Lost)... Not saying Tom Hardy couldn't do it (but he would have to put on an awful lot of weight or wear a fat suit), as the guy's a chameleon, but I would prefer not to see him like that.
