The fact that in ADWD he manages to calmly defeat the pit figher Khrazz as the latter jumps at him swinging and shouting is pure gold. Reminds me of the Matrix when Neo fights the agents without breaking a sweat. Jaqen H'ghar is a close second, I really like how he referred to himself in third person, and he was really mysterious son of a bitch.
