Didn't Thoros at one point say that the kiss of fire he gave to Beric was actually a routine burial right of the red priests? Melissandre may see and opportunity to burn Jon's body for her ritual to wake the stone dragon because of his kings blood in relation to Rob. She could give him the kiss in preparing him for said burning and mysteriously he awakens. Or he's not dead and the reason his sword stuck in his scabbard was because of extreme cold. A cold arriving due to an impending attack by the others unleashed by winter having just fallen. Melissandre would probably grab his body and ghost because of her proficies either way. Leading all to believe he is dead.

Yes the Last Kiss is a burial right given to the dead by the priests so they mat be judged by Rh'llor. It's theorized that he brings back those who still have a task to complete like lady stoneheart or beric before he, but that seems temporary and not a true rebirth or resurrection like what at least I would like to see.
