All the kings [Spoiler for ACOK]

This topic will discuss and speculate on what happens after A Clash of Kings, so it will contain spoilers for those still reading ACOK.

Please do not add spoilers for books after ACOK.

In the beginning of the book one could reason that there where five kings,

Joffrey Baratheon, Stannis Baratheon, Renly Baratheon

and the two provincal kings Robb Stark and Balon Greyjoy.

In the end of the book, Stannis have taken care of Renly and Joffrey taken care of Stannis.

It seems probable that Joffrey, guided by his grandfather, will take on Robb next and then Balon. And it will be mostly improbable that stark and Greyjoy make a common cause.

Then of course there are some outsiders, could there be something going on on the other side of the Narrow Sea, there where whispers in the dungeon beneath the Red keep in AGOT. The king beyound the wall doesn´t seem like much of a threat except for the already weakened North. I was waiting for the ravens to come and demand an army from Theon, when he was master of Winterfell.
