Varys on the other hand got called the King himself and stayed there until so many others kings came and died he just keeps on paddling all the other fishes can eat each other. greywindsrage Posted July 19, 2012 Share Posted July 19, 2012 Explain Sansa's disappearence from KL right under from under his nose where Varys had no clue what happened or where she left to.Why didn't he stop Joff's poisoning by the Tyrells (with LF's help) or manipulate it another way more to his advantidge? Of course, he might consider it "good for the realm" that Joff got poisoned but I don't recall any evidence that Varys was in the loop about Joff's poisoning.Are you sure he didn't know? One can never know when Vary's is telling the truth. Plus he is not concerned with Sansa. Varys knows that LF wants to power for himself but does LF know that Varys' wants to bring down the Lannisters and help Dany claim the throne?
