Valariya is simmilar to the roman republic and the targaryens are similar to the ceasars.

Valariya was a free hold which seems to be very simillar to a to the republic in the fact that land owners and freeed men were alowed to vote however slaves were not. it is also simillar in the fact that it had no king but a series of noble famillies ruling it. ageon the conqueror could be likened to julius ceasaer aswell as william the conqueror in the fact that he was from a noble familly but decied that he would become. that said he did not become king of valariya or try to reqounqer old valarian teritory which disatances himself from ceacer. Other similarities between the targaryens and the ceasares is that they both were seen as godlike and above the rest of humanity. another thing which is similar is the fact that both have a series of mental illneses within the familly e.g caligula could be likened to the mad king and nero to maegor the crule. if i have made any mistakes feel threee to corect them and please discusss the points i have made.
