Who has the best facial hair in Westeros?

So earlier I made a well thought out, historical, analytical post and....ehh, just didn't feel right. It's time to balance that out with something goofy.

I respect a good beard, one might say....they grow on you. And westeros has no shortage of mustachio'd men(and women!). From Tywin's chops to Ned's epic beard, the realm may have it's troubles but follicle fun isn't one of them!

So....who has the best facial hair in Westeros? No criteria, no standards, if you can back it up, go for it.

My vote: Stannis(surprise), though he rocks the cul-de-sac on the top of his head he supplements that with the classic, permenant five o'clock shadow. One might say....his beard is dark and full of terrors.

Honorable mention: Selyse Florent, she may have the single most infamous mustache in the realm. Men and gods tremble at the sight of her whispy upper lip. And woeeeeee to the man bold enough to draw her attention too it. It would be quite brash to mention the stache.

How could you limit this to Westeros?? I mean, we can't vote for Daario of the luxuriant three-pronged blue beard, and it's hardly worth mentioning anyone else.
