boom_roasted
Has there been any translation? How much is a Silver Stag worth? A Golden Dragon?
princethomas
I'd like to know at least. How many Coppers in a Silver and how many Silvers in a Golden Dragon. I can figure it out from there probably. Whats a ferry boat ride across a river cost. 15 bucks?
mueller1369
I really doubt there is a set rate. The way I think of it is a copper as a dollar, a silver stag as a 20 or 50 dollar bill, and a dragon as a 50 or 100 dollar bill. Think about the purse for the hand's tournament in the first book, or how bad the kingdom is in debt in comparison to the debt of modern economics. Just a thought. Saxony
It's also relative to the cost of living. I remember on an episode of Little House on the Prairie, Charles Ingalls bought a new rifle/shotgun for $17 and he'd been saving up for it...
