As I don't see him winning the Iron Throne in the end.I cannot picture him "surrendering" to any other than a Targaryen. He is too ambitious... and I am not even sure he would "accept" the dragon on the throne. Although he does follow the rules strictly and the Targaryens does have a claim.But even if he still offers his service/surrender to - whatever Targaryen - I don't see him getting spared, since he was playing a (rather) big part in Roberts Rebellion.
