Rolex Baratheon
This chapter was really good. Reignited my interest in Dorne and made the place more interesting, like AFFC should have done.
Johirrim
How does that little girl have foreshadowing dreams...who is she exactly?Might be she has a drop of dragon blood in her. House Toland... its on their coat of arm at the very least.
Greengrace
Why does she need to be a dragon to have prophetic dreams? She can get it from her family line maybe a woodswitch or a maggy the frog
George W. Lannister
Man, Oberyn intentionally avoided Darkstar?DS = Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs. Think about it! Potential pyschopath, not a team player, no one fully trusts him, a track record of lopping off ears...
Alia of the knife
I think the characters will age up though, but not as drastically as a five year gap.It feels like a lot of time has passed already if Aegon has all that territory, and I think it's safe to say that such an undertaking would probably not happen overnight. If I'm not mistaken, from the beginning of GOT, Arya went from eight/nine to eleven/twelve by the end of Dance, so by the end of the series, I'd say another three years will have passed. How old is Jon now?Sixteen/Seventeen, which would make Aegon Seventeen/Eighteen? Alia of the knife
True, but i was thinking more of how a new dance of the dragons would affect the timing of events in the North, plus how it would affect plans to wrap everything up in two more books.Thats very true.To be honest I'm not sure I'd get into another project like this that is unfinished. I know it's good, compelling and perhaps the "Rings" of our time, but the last expansive book I read was "Dune," and thank god I came to it at a time it was primarily completed.
