TheWizard
Quick question. Are we going to be learning much about other kingdoms that there was before the Seven that Aegon took. Like what houses used to be kings and their territory. I think it would be cool to know how Westeros looked with 20 or 30 smaller kingdoms. Basically what Kingdoms did the the major kings(Stark, Gardener,Ironborn) conquer to make their lands bigger? I hope I am explaining it correctly I'm dead tired from work today. Thanks in advanced for the answers
Fat Mac
I'm not sure if we will find out about all the previous kings, but it's possible. There's a lot of houses that we already know were petty Kings (Darklyns), while some had considerably larger territory (Mudd). But I'm very interested in this as well. Fire Eater
The Hightowers ruled their own petty kingdom with Oldtown as their capital. GRRM said the Brackens and Blackwoods were petty kings. It appears that many of the older houses of the First Men were kings in their own right once until they were swallowed by larger kingdoms.
Toccs
The Lords of the Sisters were petty kings too.
