There's no indication that he has personally assaulted Sansa ever, more so sexually. And of course there was no way for Joffrey to do anything with Margaery prior to the supposed bedding (with all the female Tyrells alerted to what a monster Joffrey is thanks to Sansa).Even in the TV-only part where he had Ros flay a fellow prostitute, he had no actual hand in it other than handing Ros the stuff to hit with. At best it was implied, but I definitely was under the impression that Bronn had sent a woman to Joffrey. Perhaps I'm mixing up the TV show with the books.
