[Book Spoilers] Biggest laugh of the episode?

Recommended Posts

I saw it in a theater with an audience, and by far the biggest laugh was Bronn's "I'll murder you, boy!"

Also I should say that this was a really awesome way to watch the show (HBO screened the last episode of season 2 and the premeire of season 3 at GMU), in a movie theater with a bunch of fans. Hearing everyone's reactions was a lot of fun.

Except for this one little group of girls behind me who were complaining out loud about all the little changes from the books (even booing Talisa), as if everyone agreed with them and wanted to hear their opinion while they were watching the show, but whatever.

OT but theatre? What awesome place filled with cool people do you live in?!

HBO screened it at the same time as the airing at George Mason University's cinema in VA. They also gave out a BUNCH of free stuff (I got posters of several of the characters, a pack of playing cards, and sygil buttons), and they did trivia with the reward for getting the answers right a DVD box set of season 2. They probably gave away 10 or so of them.

I bet they did it at a lot of colleges around the US.

Wish they'd done that in my country/uni! :(

Funiest part was the "lost in translation" Danny/Missandei part.

Still bothered by the fact that Missandei is a grown woman, though. I sense a lesbian scene between her and Dany is approaching, and I am not happy.

And yes, Lesbian Action is Coming (sure as winter). And I must say... is it really necessary, HBO? We only get 10 hours of show a year, while the internet is full of all kinds of porn...

Bronns mickey taking of Meryn Trannt

"Ser Teryn Mant" was a good line

Ian Beattie (with the absent Jamie)has had more screen time as a King's Guard than anybody, I sometimes think they don't have the same actors (extras) playing the rest of the King's Guard!

I mean he always seems to be always around and does have a speaking role, even if he hasn't said 20 words over three seasons.

Someone should interview him!

It won't happen, that's almost certain. Emilia (who plays Dany) will refuse, she's already said that the fully-clothed scene with Doreah was her most uncomfortable. It's not as if there's a story-wise point to a lesbian scene either, so I can't see them forcing her into it - even should the contract allow them to.
