[Book Spoilers] Winter is Coming

That line was great, although I thought "You little bastard!" was the line of the episode (and didn't want to include it in the topic title since highlighting it is a bit of a book spoiler).

Do others agree? I thought the double-meaning was brilliant and a bit of a wink at book readers. I'm wondering if any non-readers will pick up on it, since they may remember that Roose sent his bastard after Theon at Winterfell.
