But if we look at it from a Monarch POV, if Jon is Rhaegar and Lyanna's child then that would have mad him heir. Regardless though, he would have been a Blackfyre (Targ Bastards) and a Snow, with no one to write a claim of legitimization to the King - he would have just been another bastard and Aegon would have been Rhaegar's heir. Regardless of what happen in the books of proving he is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen, he is in the Night's Watch, thus not being able to take any land, never mind own all of the land. The took the throne by right of conquest in the begining and it will most likely take the same again. Jon Snow can stake his claim like anyone else can....
