If anyone will sell a Clash of Kings, Subpress, numbered or lettered for $500, I'm buying. It's my birthday this week, so I think one of you should sell. I also have a numbered edition of Art of Ice and Fire that I'd barter with.

still hunting Sub Press A Storm of Swords, please pm

Another member of the forum, ReekReekItRhymesWithLeek, is selling his matching #90 Meisha Merlin "A Clash of Kings" and Sub Press "A Storm of Swords":

http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1586.l2649

Just lowered the price on ebay. He may also be willing to work something out with you off eBay. Shoot him a PM. http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/user/55637-reekreekitrhymeswithleek/%C2'>

I've worked with him on a trade in the past, and he's good people.

For what it's worth, this is the only Storm of Swords I've seen available in a while. Seems to be the hardest book to land of late.

Good luck!

Lowest price for Clash I've seen other than the PC copies SP was selling.

Yeah, that is the lowest price out there--plus, it will come with rights to Sub Press's Game of Thrones at cost.

Hey all!

I've decided to go the way of eBay to try and sell my matching lettered set and art.

Let me know if anyone has any questions or interest.

Thanks!

Nice. What letter are they?

Steer Clear. Steer clear. Warning on this fellow.

I bought a book from him before (also no picture, also supposedly #10)

It was The Windup Girl. But as I figured out later, not a legit copy.

This title was released in a Limited edition with slipcase and different jacket for #1-200 and without a slipcase for ones numbered after.

But mine was of the kind that should have been numbered 201-500, but sure enough #10 was written in the limitation area.

This guy gets blank sub press books and then writes a number in himself. (I can only assume).

I contacted Bill at Subpress, but he wasn't much help beyond saying how the two versions were numbered. I'm not sure how these blank books are coming into circulation.

Wanted to come in on this, and the related comments.

First, I've bought from this seller for years, and never had any problems at all. His images and descriptions are minimal/very basic every time, that's just the way that he works. The limited (numbered) editions that he offers are always the same number (#10) and the condition is always new & unread.

Second, the issue with WINDUP GIRL is not unique; I was aware of it for WINDUP and there have been other cases where a book is released in both limited and deluxe limited states.

There are a lot of eBay sellers who carry a lot of SubPress titles, and it's a market that I'm very familiar with. This guy's listings may not be as slick or as detailed as some, but from my experience you can trust him.
