Yes, warged into Ghost

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

Yes, through evidence in the Winterfell crypts, and the reappearance of Howland Reed

What role will Dorne play?

They will help to bring down Cersei/Tommen, Myrcella will be killed. Dany will arrive towards the end of the book and ally with them.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Very difficult to say, I imagine they will be driven out of the north, but have a feeling Euron will play for the Iron Throne down south, perhaps taking Highgarden/Oldtown. If Victarion brings back Dany and they ally, it could make her invasion much simpler.

My strongest bets are on Jon/Sansa and Stoneheart/Arya

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

All of them

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

Jaime, Tyrion, Cersei

Which POVs are most likely to die?

Asha, Victarion, JonCon, Barristan, Arianne, Brienne

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Aegon

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Wyman Manderly, in the name of Rickon Stark

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

The Grand Citadel Conspiracy regarding the elimination of dragons and magic. Also, he'll learn the truth about The Others, whatever that is.

Will Cersei win her trial?

Yes

Is Aegon fake?

Yes

Is Jon still alive?

Yes, warged into Ghost at the beginning, but later in corporeal form

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

No, but Bran and/or Mel may

What role will Dorne play?

A massive one. On the field, they will help Aegon take most of southern Westeros and King's Landing. Behind the scenes, Tyene (Sand Snake) will influence the High Septon with the goal of getting a guilty verdict for Margaery at her trial. Meanwhile, Nymeria will gently steer the Small Council in a beneficial direction until it's time to kill some fools (which she will). Finally, Sarella will quietly protect and guide Sam while he does the work he needs to do (this is not her initial mission, but it becomes it).

What role will the Iron Islands play?

At the very least, Victarion will help win the battle at Meereen. I also think he'll steal one or two dragons with his horn, which might prompt Dany to actually, you know, go after them. Asha will most likely die attempting to get Theon back to the Iron Islands for the Game of Seastone Chair there. Euron will weaken the Reach enough that the Lannister-Tyrell alliance collapses, paving the way for Aegon.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

The Grand Citadel Conspiracy (elimination of magic). I have a feeling it is thematically central to the story.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Bran will reunite with each of them, just not in person. Besides that, no :frown5:

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Yes, especially the Freys. I'm not so sure Jaime ever sees King's Landing again.

ADDITION: What role will Arya play?

Absolutely no idea. She's a total wild card, which is awesome. I think a path for her to get back into the story (Justin Massey) is there, but there is no telling what GRRM has in store for her; it could literally be anything, including nothing.

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

Bran, Sansa, Arya

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

Jaime, Tyrion, Cersei

Which POVs are most likely to die?

Victarion, Barristan

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

I think TWOW end with an epilogue of someone at the Eyrie where Dany will land (much like Visenya did during Aegon's Conquest)

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

My other choice for an epilogue would be someone at Castle Black as the Others take down the wall with blood magic

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Aegon

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Stannis Baratheon

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

The Grand Citadel Conspiracy

Will Cersei win her trial?

Yes

Is Aegon fake?

Yes

Is Jon still alive?

In a sense, though greatly diminished from his former self much like Beric Dondarrion

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

Unsure, but I think Bran will be the venue whereby the R+L=J is confirmed for the readers.

What role will Dorne play?

Arianne will marry/be betrothed to Aegon, Tyrene will murder Tommen, combined power of Dorne and the Golden Company will be deployed in and around KL

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Euron will lure the Redwyne fleet into the Mander River and destroy them, will besiege Oldtown and take it. Victarion will serve as a turning point in Barristan winning the Battle of Fire. Theon and Asha will escape during the Battle in the Ice towards Torrhen's Square and link-up with Dagmer & Co, sail back to the Iron Islands to call for a new Kingsmoot.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

Southron Ambitions

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Potentially Sansa and Jon (even though he's technically not a Stark)

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Yes. Jaime helps the BWB gain entry into Daven's wedding where the Red Wedding 2.0 will be unleashed on the Freys and Lannisters.

ADDITION: What role will Arya play?

Arya kills Raff the Sweetling and Dunsen. as they are potentially enroute to Braavos, scratches a few names off her list, returns to Westeros upon hearing of Jon Snow's death by Justin Massey who is also enroute to Braavos to purchase 20K sellswords.

Answering only a few questions:

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes, but I expect that to happen only by the very end of TWOW.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Hopefully yes. I think only one book to deal with all the mess the Others will cast upon Westeros and the solution to this plot is not enough. And the title implies that the Winter has come with a vengence to Westeros.

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Aegon. The prophecies suggest that when Daenerys arrives on Westeros, she'll find a cloth dragon being cheered by the people.

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Either Shireen I Baratheon or Jon I Stark-Targaryen.

Will Cersei win her trial?

No. Even if Robert Strong wins his combat, it will become evident that he is an abomination and she will be condemned regardless. But I actually hope that the little brother Sandor Clegane will be the champion of the faith and slay unGregor.

Is Jon still alive?

Aye. Tis but flesh wounds.

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

I hope so. Come on!? This ougth to be the most poorly kept secret in the world. Let's take that out of the way already! I think both Bran and Howland Reed will be important to reveal the secret. And Robb's will will be revealed too.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Victarion will be responsible for finally bringing Daenerys back to Westeros, either willingly or not. Euron will be caught off-guard when Mander River freezes due to a very rigorous winter and the Iron Born will be decimated in the Reach.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Yes. Jon and Rickon. And Bran will interact with Jon and hopefully Benjen using his powers.

Ohh, I'm excited to look through this thread! I'm posting my answers before I see anyone elses so that I'm not biased.

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

All the kids. I know she's not POV anymore but I think UnCat will be gone.

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

All three children-- though I wish Tyrion would die..

Which POVs are most likely to die?

Victarion, Barristan, Asha, Brienne.

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

No. I don't actually think she's going to Westeros anymore.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

They will be in the North.

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Aegon or some random douchebag, if it's even still a thing.

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Stannis will have someone hold it as reagent or acting-Lord for him or something.

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Valyrian stuff.

Will Cersei win her trial?

No

Is Aegon fake?

No

Is Jon still alive?

He will be resurrected.

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

Jon? No. The reader? Yes. Howland/ToJ/anything via Bran.

What role will Dorne play?

Ally with Aegon. Get him to KL. Get killed in DoS.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Not sure. But Theon will have something to do, and Victarion dies.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

I just wanna see what goes down in King's Landing. And I wanna see if there'll be a RW 2.0

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Jon might meet Fake Arya or Rickon in Winterfell. Bran will probably see one of his siblings but not in person.

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

No. He has his own agenda.

What role will Arya play?

Gets sent to kill Qyburn. Defects from FM instead.

What is this "controversial Sansa chapter"?

Nothing major. I think her virginity will be the last thing standing by the end of the series. I don't think she will kill Sweet Robin or LF. I think she will let them die, though.

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

Arya, because she is not in Westeros -- the other POV Starks will be killed by the Others.

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

Tyrion, because he is not in Westeros -- the other POV Lannisters will be killed by the Others.

Which POVs are most likely to die?

All POVs that are in mainland Westeros are equally likely to be killed by the Others.

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

No. However, ADOS will open with Dany going to Westeros despite the fact that the Others have killed everyone there, because she believes that she is soooo powerful and important that she can easily kill them.

She's wrong. The Others kill her, too.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

"Invaded" is too gentle a word.

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Nobody.

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Others.

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Irrelevant; after discovering them, he will be killed by Others.

Will Cersei win her trial?

Trial is not held due to all involved parties having been killed by Others.

Is Aegon fake?

Absolutely not.

Is Jon still alive?

Connington? Well.. yeah.

Not for long, though. (Others.)

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

JonCon already knows his true heritage. I don't understand your questions.

What role will Dorne play?

Being far down in the South, it will be the last place to be taken over and razed to the ground by the Others.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Being islands, they will be safe from the Others; however, people in mainland Westeros either are killed by the Others too quickly to escape to the Iron Islands or realize that even the most merciless death at the hands of the Others is preferable to spending time in an Iron Island chapter, so they willingly take death.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

I want Aegon to be confirmed real so skeptics shut up.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

All Starks sans Arya reunite in the afterlife after being killed by Others. (However, this will not happen on page.)

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Kind of hard for him to do that when everyone you just named will be killed by Others, so my guess is no.

What role will Arya play?

Gets sent to kill Qyburn. Upon discovering that the Others have done the job for her already, she makes the pragmatic decision to stay in Essos where Others are not in the process of murdering literally everybody as they are doing in Westeros.

What is this "controversial Sansa chapter"?

She has a wardrobe malfunction, and then is killed by Others.

I am very much enjoying this thread, good job jaimereborn. Anyway, here are my answers:

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

Jon, Sansa and Arya. Bran will be alive but he won't be standing :P.

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

Tyrion.

Which POVs are most likely to die?

Davos, Barristan, Jaime, Cersei, Melisandre and the prologue PoV

My full predictions for the fate of the PoV characters:

Prologue (TWoW) - The maester at Storm's End witnessing Aegon take the castle. He is, naturally, killed at the end of the chapter.

Prologue (ADoS) - Bowen Marsh. See my answer to the question about Sam.

Epilogue (ADoS, of course. TWoW won't have an epilogue) - I was originally thinking Bran, but what about Bloodraven as he is finally dying? He could see a bit of everyone through the weirwood network.

Bran - Alive. I'm not sure what he's going to be, though. I am inclined to think that he won't spend the rest of the series as a tree, yet at the same time I don't really see him coming back into the fold in any significant way (aside from, obviously, helping in the fight against the Others). Either way, I think he will survive to see the end of the series. He could reject his inheritance and act as Rickon's Regent.

Catelyn - Dead in TWoW. I'm not sure how, but I just can't see her surviving

Daenerys - Alive as Queen.

Jon - Alive as King.

Tyrion - Alive as Lord of Casterly Rock and possibly Hand of the King.

Arya - Dead in ADoS. I believe that she will be Jon's Nissa Nissa, and he will have to kill her to form Lightbringer

Sansa - Alive as Lady of the Vale, still married to Harry the Heir. She is possibly Rickon's Regent.

Davos - Dead in TWoW. See my answer to who will hold Winterfell.

Theon - Alive as Lord of the Iron Islands. He strikes me as that character that somehow manages to survive until the end.

Jaime - Dead in TWoW. Commits suicide after killing Cersei

Samwell - Alive either as Lord of Horn Hill or Grand Maester.

Cersei - Dead in TWoW. Strangled to death by Jaime. She loses her mind in grief after Tommen and Myrcella's death, and in her grief she tells Jaime something like she never loved him. He kills her in a mix of rage and pity.

Brienne - I don't know. I like to think she will die as her chapters were the worst in the series, but I known she probably won't, and she will probably do something involving Sandor.

Aeron - Alive, just continuing to be a drowned priest.

Areo - Dead in ADoS. I think he will survive the stuff with the Darkstar and will continue to be Doran's PoV in TWoW. However, I can see him dying while trying to defend Doran at some point later in the series. I've always thought that he would make a good Kingsguard, but that will never happen.

Asha - Alive, effectively the ruler of the Iron Islands through Theon

Victarion - Dead in ADoS. My theory is that, after landing back in Westeros, Daenerys will send him to treat with Euron. Euron will kill Victarion for betraying him, which will lead to Euron being killed by his men for being a kinslayer

Arianne - I don't know. If she does die it will be in ADoS. However, I think she could just as easily survive and return to Dorne as ruler, pregnant with Aegon's child

JonCon - Alive, but slowly dying from the greyscale. If he does die before the end of the series it won't be from the greyscale, it doesn't act that quickly.

Melisandre - Dead in TWoW. Dies reviving Jon (see my answer to the Winterfell question for more)

Barristan - Dead in TWoW. Dies in the battle for Meereen, but just before he passes out he sees Daenerys return towards the end of the battle.

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes, in either her last or second last chapter.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

No. Almost but no. See my answer to the Sam question

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Aegon 'Targaryen'.

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Rickon, with Jon as his Regent.

My theory for how the North will unfold:

During the battle the Manderlys and Umbers will betray the Boltons, making the battle rather even. Davos and Rickon will then return with an army of Skagosi and flank the Bolton forces, crushing them. Roose will die in the battle and Ramsay will be captured. Ramsay will be beheaded by Stannis as Theon watches, but before he dies Ramsay will reveal that they found out about Mance and his wildlings. Davos and Wyman will then come forward with Rickon, and Wyman will say something to the effect of "thank you, Lord Stannis, for bringing us our Stark... Our King". The North will then turn on Stannis and Davos will be killed while defending his King (the chapter ending with chants of "The King in the North"). Stannis, Asha, Theon and a few of Stannis' men manage to escape North. As they head towards Castle Black Stannis writes a letter to Jon from the perspective of Ramsay and seals it with the wax from the letter Ramsay sent Asha. Stannis' hope is to draw Jon south, believing that if he has a son of Winterfell/Rickon's half brother by his side he will be able to work out peace with the North. Asha then explains the Kingsmoot and how it is void because of Theon's absence. She promises that if he lets them go they will raise the Iron Islands for him, and in his desperation Stannis agrees. We then get the first Melisandre chapter of the book: there is chaos at the Wall. Jon's body is thrown in an ice cell. In Melisandre's second chapter Stannis returns to Castle Black and demands to know why Jon never rode south. When he is informed of what happened Stannis loses all hope (it is the thing that finally breaks the brittle iron), and he leaves without a word and isn't seen again for the rest of the book. In her third chapter Melisandre is reflecting on Stannis, and she finally realises that Jon is Azor Ahai. She goes to his body... *cue Jon chapter where he is in Ghost, and at the end returns to his body to find Melisandre dead on the floor*. Because he died Jon is now free of his Night's Watch vows. He decides to ride south and become Rickon's regent, and spends the rest of the book preparing the North for the invasion of the Others.

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Not many, I think he will only have time to learn a bit more about the dragons and Others before Euron takes the city.

My Theory for Sam

He spends the rest of TWoW as Euron's PoV as he takes the Reach. My theory is that during his time in Oldtown he will have the horn that Jon found at the Fist of the First Men (the real Horn of Winter) repaired. However, in the chaos of Euron invading, he completely forgets about the horn (Sam keeps it with him, but he forgets about it). We then get at least three more Sam chapters: one at Horn Hill where we get more of Sam's backstory. The next involves Euron taking Highgarden. His final chapter (and possibly the last chapter in the book) involves him talking to Euron. Euron talks about the dragon horn and Victarion's mission, causing Sam to remember his horn. The chapter ends with Sam blowing his horn, immediately followed by the earth shaking. The prologue of ADoS is then from the perspective of Bowen Marsh. It updates us on the situation at the Wall: the gates have been sealed and Bowen is organising the Watch to march on Oakenshield where Tormund fled after Jon's assassination. However, before they can ride off the earth shakes and the Wall comes down. The army of Others passes through the rubble... [CRACKPOT ALERT]... lead by Stannis.

Will Cersei win her trial?

Yes, but Margaery won't. I think Margaery will lose her head, and then Mace will be informed (by Varys) that Cersei set up the charges against her, causing Mace to defect to Aegon.

Is Aegon fake?

He is Aegon Blackfyre, but he believes he is Aegon Targaryen. I think he will take King's Landing around half-way through the book (killing Tommen in the process) with the Golden Company, the Tyrells at his back. Arianne becomes his Queen. However, in an Arianne chapter you see Varys take Aegon into a room and talk to him in private. The next to you see Aegon there has been a subtle yet notable shift in his personality... and he has the sword Blackfyre. In other words by the end of TWoW Aegon will know he is a Blackfyre, but it won't be explicitly stated to the reader (or become public knowledge) until the first half of ADoS. I could see Arianne's (or JonCon's) last TWoW chapter ending with them seeing a dragon banner flying, but noticing that it is a black dragon on red.

Just for the record, In the original Daemon Blackfyre vs Daeron Targaryen dispute, I would have supported the Blackfyres. Just because Aegon isn't a Targaryen it doesn't mean that he has no claim to the throne.

Is Jon still alive?

His body? No. His soul? Yes. See my north theory above.

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

No. My theory is that during the first half of ADoS the North will be decimated by the Others (while Aegon vs Daenerys vs Euron (and possibly vs Sansa, she is the wildcard) plays out in the South). The Northern forces, lead by Rickon in name by Jon in action, will slowly be beaten back, and they will eventually have to retreat South. As they pass through the Neck (maybe 1/3 of the way through ADoS?) they stop by Greywater Watch, and it is then that the truth of Jon's heritage is revealed.

What role will Dorne play?

They will play a major role in the downfall of House Lannister, and be Aegon's most dedicated supporters

My Dorne theory:

The Darkstar detour will be done within 1-2 chapters. Obara is killed but Areo and Balon return to Sunspear alive. In the next Areo chapter Gerris and Arch return to Dorne and explain to Doran the events in Meereen. This causes Doran to become opposed to Daenerys before she even arrives and, in addition to the news of Aegon successfully taking Storm's End, makes him more inclined to support Aegon. Doran also has the group taking Myrcella to the capital turn back because of the sellswords and Ironborn between Dorne and the capital. In the next Areo chapter Myrcella is back at Sunspear. News reaches Dorne of Aegon's victory in King's Landing and the death of Tommen. Balon Swann then declares Myrcella the Queen of the Westeros and tries to force Doran to support her claim. In response Doran has them both executed and sends Myrcella's body to King's Landing to prove his support for Aegon in the same way that Tywin proved his to Robert. Alternatively, Doran could just have Nymeria and Tyene kill Myrcella on the way to the capital. Either way I think Doran will order her death.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

The Iron Islands, while under Euron, will take the Reach, further weakening the Lannister's claim on the throne. In ADoS they will initially be a third party in the Dance of the Dragons. Victarion will oppose Euron from the east under the instruction of Daenerys, while Asha, Theon and Aeron oppose him from the west. After Euron and Victarion's death I think there will be division, with Sarella (Alleras) trying to convince Theon/Asha/Aeron to support Aegon (because the Martells support him) while Sam tries to sway them towards Daenerys (because of her dragons and their use in fighting the Others). I think they will end up siding with Aegon, just to make it look like Daenerys is going to be crushed (because GRRM likes defying the stereotypes of the genre like that). As to what role Jaqen will play in all of this, I have no clue.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

Benjen. Definitely Benjen.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Jon and Rickon. Possibly also Sansa.

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

No. I think they will continue to target the Freys, but I don't think Jaime will help them. My hope is that he demands a trial by combat and is put up against Brienne, but Brienne lets Jaime kill her. The Blackfish might also make another cameo in that storyline

What role will Arya play?

I originally played with the idea that she might be sent to assassinate Myrcella. However, the thought that occured to be while I typed my answer to the Iron Islands question is that perhaps she is sent to assassinate Euron or someone in that storyline. That opens up the possibility of a reunion with Jaqen, and also the opportunity for Sam to recognise her as the girl from Braavos and find out that she is Jon's sister.

What is this "controversial Sansa chapter"?

As to what the controversial chapter is I have no clue, because I actually think that her TWoW storyline is going to be full of controversy. I think Sansa's storyline will go something like this:

In her first chapter she accepts Petyr's plan. Then, either in that chapter or the next chapter, she helps him kill Sweetrobin. She is then raped by Petyr, who reveals his motivations to her. As a result of the trauma from the rape she turns starts trying to think of ways to get rid of Petyr, but continues to play along with him. She marries Harry and reveals herself to be Sansa Stark, and the Lords of the Vale declare their support for her. She then tells them that Petyr poisoned Sweetrobin so the Lords of the Vale, already looking for an excuse to get rid of Petyr, execute him (he may escape into exile though). As to what they do after that, I have no clue. They may wait to see if Rickon/the North is going to march south before declaring their support for him. If so, when they realise he isn't marching the Vale may instead decide to declare their support for on of the sides in the Dance of the Dragons, hoping to forge an alliance between Rickon and the victor. Perhaps Sansa hears that the Ironborn have Arya, so she declares the Vale's support for whoever they support so that she may be reunited with Arya.

Great responses! A few responses regarding "Cat's" survival in TWoW got me wondering. Does anybody think that GRRM will attempt a PoV chapter or two of LS? I know that we will already have Brienne's and Jamie's PoV in the vicinity but an UnCat/LS PoV could be mind-blowing....disturbing and utterly brutal thoughts on death, R'hlorr-based resurrection, memories, remorse, broken vows, revenge. A completely dark, cognitively-distorted perspective....

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

I think Bran died and become a tree in last chapter, but I don't think any remaining Starks will die.

Cersei, Asha, Victarion, JonCon, Aeron, Areo, Melisandre

Yes

Rickon

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Magic, glass candles, old tomes about Others...

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

Yes

He will found his true heritage because Dany will call great investigation to found what happened in last weeks of rebellion and spies would find out about marriage of Lyanna and Rhaegar through maestar who assist birth and Howland Reed.

What role will Dorne play?

Dorne would side with Aegon and when Aegon tirns fake they will side with Jon

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

All of them.
Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?
All of them. I don´t think Cersei will die (yet), she might be a bad strategican but she is a survivor. Also, I believe there will be a three way fight between her, Marg and Arianne.
Which POVs are most likely to die?
Brienne, sacrificing herself for Jaime, Theon, his role is played out, Victarion, he provided the ships, Connington, he will see Aegon on the Iron Throne then fall onto his sword or something... possibly Davos and Arianne, the latter one falling to Marg in their fight for Aegon/the Iron Throne.
Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes, she will land on Dragonstone like her ancestors did (with her fleet behind her). Possibly in the last chapter or at least at the end of WoW.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?
No, Westeros is big. But they might be about to.
Though I don´t believe that will be in the common sense of "invasion", it might be more of a spiritual thing....
Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?
Aegon or he might be dead, then no one.
Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?
Manderly (or rather his heir, as he will be dead/having sacrificed himself) in the name of Rickon. I think this one plays straight in his undying support for the Starks.
What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?
The secret of the Black Candle (= the secret of magic), the secret of the Maesters´ conspiracy against magic/dragons, the secret of what Euron is looking for in Oldtown that is worth sacrificing all of the Ironborn, the secret of what Jaqen is looking for (my guess in both cases something to control dragons), probably another couple of secrets.
Will Cersei win her trial?
Yes.
Is Aegon fake?
No.
Is Jon still alive?
In a way. Either Melisandre resurrects him or Bran wargs into him. Or both.
If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?
Likely not, his current location is too isolated for that. Others might have, however (Stannis hooking up with the Reeds in the Battle for the North?).
What role will Dorne play?
An important one as they will actively get involved on Aegons side/Kings landing politics. The Sand Vipers will shine. If Arianne dies they will want revenge against whoever did this (most likely Tyrells but Lannisters is also possible. Even more then currently.)
What role will the Iron Islands play?
An important one as well.
In fact, I believe that this will be one of the main arcs in WoW, Euron taking Oldtown and the measters´ Citadel in his search for something that binds a Dragon to him (without being fatal like the horn). Samwell, Jaqen and Sarella all play a role here.
As for the rest of the Ironborn, they are just a tool to this purpose, I expect them to be launched in an attack at Highgarden to delay and mislead any Tyrell response. Most will get slaughtered.
Oh, and Euron will succeed in binding a Dragon to him.
Once Dany returns to Mereen (after she has rallied the Dothrake or whatever) Vicarion will have one of his man blow the Horn, This results in the Dragons being bound to that man. He will die from that, however, which allows the Dragons to go free (and killing Victarion), giving Euron the opportunity to work his magic to bind one of the Dragons to him... all as he planned from the beginning. Dany will regain control of Drogon and realize that she now HAS to return to Westeros...
Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?
I want Aegon to be confirmed real so skeptics shut up.
Sansha finally killing Robert Arryn junior as predicted by the Witch of the Wild to shut up the theories about Sansha killing LF.
The origin/purpose of the Others (as I said above, I don´t think this is just another Zombie Apocalyse, there is more to this than we know so far).
Sarellas and Jaqens plans/purpose in Oldtown.
What exactly Melisandre is (is she even human anymore?).
Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?
Bran and Jon (in a spiritual way, see above). PERHAPS Arya and Sansha and their loving mum.
Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?
Lannisters? Not likely. Freys? Yes.
However, I don´t think that will be their main purpose, I think they will eventually get on the trail of her daughters again (Sansha declaring herself?) and start travelling towards the Aery.
What role will Arya play?
Most of WoW she will train her skills. I expect a chapter or two mostly describing her growing skills (Arya faceswapping? Fuck, yeah!) and her tries to get rid of Arya Stark. She will fail in the latter, however and - perhaps due to a vision of Mum via her Dire Wolf - she will break with the Faceless Men and travel back to Westeros (landing at the Aery? Saltpans? Somewhere in this region).
She MIGHT meet up with Sis and Mum and after a happy reunion release Mum from her mortal coils. She and Sansha and Jaime might then.... do something good (no idea, really).
But that might only happen in DOS, WOW might end her arc with her only landing in Westeros (like Daenerys).
What is this "controversial Sansa chapter"?

Realizing she has to HTFU if she ever wants to see Winterfell again.

Followed shortly by killing Sweetrobin to clear the way for the rulership of the Aery. (= finally growing up and leaving that innocent girl behind that she has been up to now. Also realizing she has become a bit like Cersei, on top of that. Possibly enjoying it; now that would be controversial).

Which POV Starks will be left standing?

All of them.

Which POV Lannisters will be left standing?

Hmm, this is more difficult. I think Cersei and Jaime will die at the same time, so either all three, or just Tyrion.

Which POVs are most likely to die?

Arianne, Areo Hotah, Jon Connington, Barristan, Victarion

Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yeah, probably around halfway through IMO.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

I think they will have just started to invade Westeros by the end.

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

If TWoW ends with some form of conclusion, Dany has to be on the throne. Aegon's purpose as the mummer's dragon is to "give the hero something to fight against" - I don't see him taking the throne and still being on it at the end of the book.

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Sansa and Rickon, probably - or maybe just Sansa herself if she aids Dany's quest for the Iron Throne, which would set a new precedent for equal primogeniture.

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Hopefully he'll find out what Jaqen is upto.

Will Cersei win her trial?

Definitely. Margaery, on the other hand...

Is Aegon fake?

Yes.

Is Jon still alive?

He's dead but will be resurrected.

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

No, that "mystery" will most likely be saved for the last book.

What role will Dorne play?

The Dornish will join Aegon and challenge the Lannister/Tyrell alliance. Later they will oppose Daenerys.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

I can imagine Dany being forced to ally with them.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

Azor Ahai/The Prince who was Promised.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Hopefully. I think Sansa is the most likely to reunite with a sibling, but I don't know which one is most likely. Probably Rickon.

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Not directly... But I do think he'll be responsible for Cersei's death.

Aegon or Euron

Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW?

Rickon Stark

What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown?

Not sure.

Will Cersei win her trial?

Something will prevent it happening

Is Aegon fake?

Probably

Is Jon still alive?

Yes

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

Jon might not have, but the audience will via Bran or Benjen

What role will Dorne play?

Arianne will send a message to Doran saying "War" (not "Dragon). However, Doran will act against her wishes when he hears she is in danger.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Euron will sweep through Westeros and be threatening KL come the end of the book. If he meets Victarion/Daenerys, he will win.

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

What is the Great One's plan?

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Jon and Benjen possibly. More remotely Sansa and Rickon.

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Not sure.

No.

Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?

Yes.

Who will be on the Iron Throne by the end of TWOW?

Euron Crow's Eye.

Yes, but it won't matter.

Is Jon still alive?

Second life, yes.

If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?

No.

What role will Dorne play?

Dorne will join with Aegon after Young Griff charms Arianne and news of Quentyn's fate sours Doran on Daenerys. The Hightowers of Oldtown will also surprise everyone by throwing in with fAegon against their liege lords. The Reach will be screwed by having to fight against the ironborn, the fAegon/Martell/Hightower alliance, after the Lannister/Tyrell alliance is broken up.

What role will the Iron Islands play?

Euron will be the "big bad".

Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?

The full extent of the Varys/Illyrio scheme.

Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?

Nope.

Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?

Yes, TWOW will be a big change for Jaime.
