ThunderG Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 Let's face it, Bowen Marsh saved Westeros. it is known the wall will stand as long as the watch is true, and by killing Jon Snow at the end of ADwD Bowen freed the nightwatch from the rule of their treacherous Lord Commander.In the aftermath the mission to Hardhome will be cancelled, which is the best thing to do since there are dead things in the water, i.e. the wildlings at Hardhome are most likely dead by now anyway. The only humans living north of the wall are the group of the Weeper, but not for long. They are the only possible target for the Others. When they have been killed and wighted, the lands north of the wall fully belong to the Others and they go home.Now back to King's Landing.
