whiteshadow10 Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Has anyone got any idea why the whitewalkers targeted Hardhome? It's taking them away from the wall and seems to make little sense if they want to overcome and suprise their enemies before they have any time to react or organise any sort of defence. Seems to imply their must be some other reason why they decided to attack Hardhome, just I can't figure out why. Maybe they want to use ships to get around the wall and Hardhome is the only port north of the wall, or they wanted to stop any mass landing by sea from Westeros troops, so looked to take control of the port.
