dermotmc
I'm re-reading "A Clash of Kings" (in the lovely hard cover boxed edition, well worth a few extra euro) and thought I'd make a note of monetary values attached to various items with a view to building up a sort of comparative economy of Westeros, but unfortunately there aren't any. The only time something is given a specific monetary value is when Bronn tells Tyrion that if he wanted one he could get a whore for a few clipped pennies. Maybe that's just a figure of speech; I'm pretty sure you only clip silver or gold coins.Anyhow I'll continue to look for money references as I continue through the series, and post them later.
