The first thing that moqurro asks him when they talk about it is if Victarion has heard the dragon horn before.Additionally, both Aeron and Victarion describe definite pyachological discomfort at hearing it (and Victarion describes it as "burning"). I'm inclined to assume some sort of "taint" is on all who hear it. Of course this is a broad, baseless assumption based upon a single incident and one or two subsidiary contributions.a I've not been able to find anything on the forums concerning the horn though.
