Ser Pigeon Pie
Just finished reading tWoIaF and the one thing that really gets to me is one single sentence on the very last chapter..And there are no children in Asshai..................THATS IT?! NO EXPLANATION?!!I understand that animals cannot survive long due to polluted waters or polluted air or plain old fear, but does the same apply to humans? If so how is the population still (semi) thriving when it has no ability to successfully raise a new generation to replace the ones who will surely die (unless they have found some way to stay eternally youthful.) Maybe they can survive but are sacrificed to appease some dark god, maybe that's an explanation, but who knows??What gives, man.......
