I took the laughter to mean she was affected by the absurdity of missing her saving grace by a hair, yet again. She's never met Lysa so has no reason to really laugh at her death psychotically (she just might if they'd met, of course.)

I voiced my dislike of this episode elsewhere and was accused of constantly complaining about the show not being like the book. Season four has been one of the best seasons of any show I've ever seen! I think that is what made tonight's episode even worse. I really thought it was shitty. Glimpses of interesting things capped off with one of the best fight scenes ever filmed...it just can't add up to a better-than-bad episode. I dunno, I just find people getting defensive and complaining about other people complaining very irritating (even if that's what I am doing.) Seeing almost every issue I had with the episode brought up independently at least helps me know I am not the only one. I am definitely not watching this show to complain about it failing to compare to (the admittedly much better) printed version. I watch it because it's a great show, but even great shows can have bad episodes. This show has easily had at least half a dozen bad episodes out of 38. That's still pretty good.

You can't play "guess what song I'm belching" in a realm that has TWO songs.

Whitewashing is a common complaint, but now we have blackwashing to balance it out.

Thank you. I am re-reading DWD for the first time since it first came out and all I can remember of QM is his ultimate folly, the details were escaping me. It was confusing to me since the Martell family tree on the wiki seems to be somewhat incomplete (of course that is surely because Mr. Martin hasn't given the information to complete it in his novels.) Looking at Dany I's page it appears the answer would have come to me in a few more chapters but I was getting impatient.

I can't seem to find an answer to this though it probably sits right in front of me: why does Quentyn think he has any Targ (dragon?) blood in him?
