The actress will of course have to be flat chested and able to do a male voice. As long as she has short hair, no make up and wears men's clothes, I think it will be ok. Alleras is supposed to be a boy or a teen anyway. If Maisie Williams was able to pull it off, I am sure the actress they hire would do a good job too.
