No vaccine shots, no antibiotics, then it is quite risky. And I assume over that time they do not have proper vaccines for wild animals. And Nymeria, although stayed with men for a while, she is a wild animal for quite some time. We saw lord Yronwood died due to infection of a small wound. (they blamed Oberyn for poisoning but I kind of feel he was misunderstood just like what he did for Willas). And Baelon or somebody also died of similar stuff, a small thing led to a death. And also Drogo. So anyway, a not-very-serious wolf bite can be dangerous. I think this we can agree. Let us say Joff got badly infected and lingered for some time and died. What will happen? Will Robert kill Arya or even blame Ned for this? Cersei must be mad for this, will she try to declare a war against the north?
