Real meaning of Valar Morghulis and Valar Dohaeris

We all know Valar Morghulis is high valyrian for "all men must die" and Valar Dohaeris means "all men must serve"

But I was messing around on wiktionary and found the word "valuur"

Dutch

From val (fall) +‎ uur (hour).

valuur

  1. the hour of nightfall, sundown

Given the importance of the Long Night in the story this seemed like a plausible origin for "valar"

then "morghulis" could be broken down into "mor"

Danish

mor

  1. mother (woman who has, conceives, gives birth to, or raises a child)

mor

  1. (geology) raw humus

so "mother" or "forest floor" (also mors means "death" in latin and Mors is the god of death) +  "gules" or "gulas"

English

From Old French geule (animal’s mouth, throat) via Middle French geules. Compare with French gueules and Spanish gules.

gules

  1. (heraldry) Red, e.g. on a coat of arms, typically represented in engraving by vertical parallel lines.

Latin

gula

  1. (anatomy) gullet, throat, palate
  2. gluttony, greediness

("morgul" also means "black sorcery" in Tolkien's work)

This would means something like "in the hour of nightfall mother/the forest floor/the god of death eats or its mouth is red" --all men must die because when the Long Night comes the weirwood will eat all men.

Then Valar Dohaeris,

Old Swedish

hæria

  1. to attack with an army
  2. to destroy

The army association fits with "all men must serve"--serve in the army of the undead or against them?--to attack the realm of men or to defend it?  I don't know what the "do/da" in "dohaeris" means,  it could be "then or when" in Norse.

"in the hour of nightfall, then attack with an army to destroy"

If these interpretations are even kinda close, this would give more support to the theory that the Faceless Men are a death cult that serve the weirwood/god of death and probably have a weirwood in their temple, as others have pointed out the House of Black and White has many parallels with Bloodraven's cave, and their face-changing magic is a gift granted in exchange for blood sacrifice to the weirwood.   The weirwood is capable of causing earthquakes by flexing its roots and it caused the Doom of Valyria and it freed the slaves from Valyria, and hid Braavos from the Valyrians with mist.

But there are also many parallels between the Citadel and the House of Black and White.  Both have "acolytes," the maesters wear grey, the HoB&W wear black and white, the Hightower is a White tower on a Black base.  And the Citadel wants to get rid of all magic, does the House of Black and White also want to get rid of magic?  Are they planning to betray their god?
