I just looked it up, https://www.newsobserver.com/news/politics-government/election/article247011947.html  What's left to count is: 32,000 received mail-in ballots 41,000 provisional ballots 98,000 outstanding mail-in ballots (probably most won't show up) I could see the provisionals being overwhelming Democratic. But in 2016, half the provisionals were rejected. And after seeing these numbers, that 65% must've been based on something inaccurate.
