PikaTheChu Posted October 14, 2021 Share Posted October 14, 2021 It seems to me that the Patrimony of Hyrkoon was the original "wall" that guarded the "realms of men" (from possibly the others) - It guarded the realms of men from the threats to the west of them - there's a proximity to Yi Ti, which would explain how the AA-myth came to be part of that culture as well - Essos does not streach endlessly to the north, so the others had to come from Westeros (over the arm of Dorne) - the Hyrkoonish culture seems to safeguard against men giving their seeds to any women by limiting the amount of men who are allowed to breed, they have a tighter control on dangerous things happening (a man giving his seed to an other-woman, which might have triggered the long night) Am I onto something here?
