Castles in the Mist Flyer Radio Ad A Tolkien-inspired art celebration is being held in Morton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire on April 4-7, 2008. This gathering will feature an exhibit of original paintings by Ted Nasmith, Roger Garland, Ruth Lacon, Jef Murray, Henning Ludvigsen and Anke Eissmann. Also authors Bob Blackham and Alex Lewis and some members of the Tolkien family will stop by. The event is free, and will also feature books, music, costumes, prizes, etc. Ted Nasmith will be displaying his new series of castles based on George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire with originals on display and prints for sale. He will also have all if his original Tolkien art and limited edition prints, smaller sketches and non Tolkien art. Dutch artist Henning Ludvigsen will also be in attendance. His illustrations for A Song of Ice and Fire are used by Fantasy Flight Games. You can read up on more about this here.
