Team-Preston
I think she would be interested in this. I can't speak on her behalf or anything, but she's an actress recognizable in the sci-fi/ fantasy/ geekdom community (being a big geek herself). Aside from being an actress who would dig the project, the material, and having a likable face...she's quite a professional in her craft. About Yea High
Felicia Day is both fantastic and funny; I know her from the Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, and the online roleplay gamer-skewering series The Guild (a must-see for any online nerd), and actually got a chance to meet her this year at Comic-Con. Wonderful person. I'm not certain what role she'd best fill though. She has the quirky-nervous cadence down to an art, but I can't think, offhand, of any Game of Thrones female character that even remotely has her humor. It would be like casting Lisa Kudrow in the series. She's great, she makes me laugh ... but where would she go? (Don't say, "Brienne. She's tall." The maid of Tarth is going to be exceptionally hard to cast, as written, if not impossible.) ... Sadly, I can't even think of one female character with much of a sense of humor at all, aside from the obese Lannister aunt. All the comic relief characters are male. And there's really only one Dolorous Edd. And yes, Lollys is out of the question.
Fat Belwas
Ygritte, perhaps?

Dunno, I can't speak for the lady as to her range, but going off what I've seen...

Lady Cheesevillage
I can see Ygritte -- the hair is certainly right. Are we only looking for women from early in the series of are we looking at later books? We've not met all of the sand snakes yet, and she might be able to fill one of those roles quite well. Or she could always be a girl at Chatayas.
