Aaron the Moor from Titus Andronicus is easily the worst villain in all of Shakespeares works.

Aaron masterminds the rape and mutilation of Titus' daughter then murders her husband framing 2 of titus' sons. He then tells Titus he will give him his sons back if Titus sends his hand, Titus cuts of his hand only to receive it back from Aaron with the heads of his 2 sons!!!

At the end of the play Aaron lists many despicable crimes he has committed in his life time and then tells the audience that if he has done one good thing in his life he repents of that.

Aaron is a brutal murderer and is known to be totally unphased by his acts..

The moor is easily a worse (but lesser known) villain than Iago and I think the worst villain shakespeare is known to write about
