Robert, Lyanna, Rhaegar, and Cersei. And a little of Ashara, Catelyn, and Ned.

This story doesn't get talked of that much anymore, or at least I don't see it. These four are some crazy people, and I have a couple of topics to talk about.

• Robert loved Lyanna yeah, but did Lyanna love him back? Also, did Robert really KNOW Lyanna for who she truly was?
  
• Was Lyanna kidnapped? Or did she run away with Rhaegar Targaryen in free will?
  
• Did Rhaegar ever think of Cersei the way she did of him? And was his wife in love with him, or was she just "whatever."
  

And now Ashara, Catelyn, and Ned. We all know Catelyn and Ned ended up together, but can Ashara Dayne be the mother of Jon Snow? Or Lyanna?

Most of what you've listed does get talked about a fair bit. There are over 50 R+L=J threads at this point, so they've kind of run the gamut on the possibilities of how Rhaegar and Lyanna wound up together. Also, Ashara being Jon's mother would have required Ned (or Brandon) to sleep with her at about the very begining of Robert's Revellion. That seems pretty improbable given all three indivudals' locations at that time. If you examine any of those threads, you will find pretty convicning arguments (and timetables) for Lyanna and Rhaegar being Jon's parents.

As for your first question, Ned makes it pretty clear in GoT Robert didn't know the real Lyanna, that she was much more independent than Robert liked to imagine, and she did not love Robert.

There is no indication Rhaegar even paid attention to Cersei the one time he met her, let alone had serious interest in her. And Barristan tells us in DwD Rhaegar and Elia were "fond" of one another, but weren't in love.
