Knowing Martin he will probably get both of them.

Do you think? I know Martin can be very vocal about his preference for Tyrion but things don't usually work out for him. I don't think Tyrion will have a happy ending and I hope he doesn't.

Wrong. She is married. Non consummation allows either party to request the annulment of the marriage. But until that's done, they are married. My evidence is that everyone in Westeros, including Sansa herself, consider them married. Which is yours?

I have checked the books and I was wrong - it is indeed as you say, and I apologize! I still consider her a Stark, and nor a Lannister, but she is indeed legally married to Tyrion, so in the eyes of the kingdom(s) she can be seen as a Lannister.
