Knight Of Winter Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 Starting from season 2, show has increasingly divergeg from the books, and edited various plotlines and characters. From what we know/speculate, season 5 will be the worst in that regard, with half of ADWD characters being edited or cut: Arianne, Young Griff, Quentyn, Victarion etc.So I suspect what you'll have a lot of wtf moments if you start watching now. There wont be many people who have read all the books but hasn't seen the show till we reached season 5. Season 5 is a big divergence from the book with a lot of WTF moments and head shakes.
